ailetterbox is a service operated by WeLINKanything Ltd (“we”, “us”), connecting seekers of professional sense-checks with the experts they already trust. We are not a professional services firm of any kind, we do not employ the experts, we do not verify credentials, and we do not provide advice.
Nothing on ailetterbox constitutes legal, medical, financial, or any other regulated professional advice from us. An expert’s response is a professional sense-check based on the information you provide, not a substitute for a formal engagement. For binding advice, you should engage the expert directly under their own terms.
Ailetterbox offers three tiers:
Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT, GST, sales tax, or other local taxes, which will be added at checkout where applicable. Prices are in US dollars unless a local currency is displayed at checkout.
All caps are enforced per calendar month and reset at 00:00 UTC on the 1st of each month. Unused briefs do not roll over.
We build ailetterbox iteratively. Features described on our marketing pages, in your dashboard, or in these terms may be added, modified, restricted, or removed over time as the service evolves. This includes support channels (for example, ticket-based, email or telephone support at any given tier), community features (for example, invite quantities and referral discounts), routing behaviours (for example, wisdom-pot depth, directory ranking), and cap thresholds.
Where a material change reduces the value of a paid subscription mid-cycle, we will give at least 30 days’ notice by email to the account holder and, at your option, allow you to cancel and receive a pro-rated refund for the remaining paid period. Non-material changes may be made without prior notice.
Beta and preview features (including community invites, whitelisted branded storefronts, and wisdom-pot routing) may be released, adjusted, or withdrawn without individual notice while they are in development.
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance via Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically on each billing date until cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us (via Stripe) to charge your payment method on each renewal date. You are responsible for keeping payment details current.
You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard (Manage subscription → Cancel). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access to your paid tier until then and are not billed further after cancellation.
We do not issue partial-period refunds for cancellations mid-cycle. If we have made a billing error, contact us in writing (postal address below) and we will investigate and refund any error promptly.
Sending is available to any user with a valid email address, subject to the anti-abuse limits above. We reserve the right to disable or rate-limit any sender (or Expert Free account) that shows patterns of automated abuse, spam, or attempts to circumvent the limits.
Any paid follow-on work between a seeker and an expert is agreed and paid directly between them. ailetterbox does not take a fee or commission on that follow-on work at this time.
ailetterbox may operate a referral programme under which activated users can earn a monthly fee for each paying subscription they refer. Participation is not automatic: it requires activation by ailetterbox admin (via a PIN issued at our discretion). Standard rates are $5 per month for each Expert Pro referral and $10 per month for each Expert AI referral. Payouts are made only while the programme remains open; ailetterbox may end the programme at any time (see below).
ailetterbox reserves the right to pause, modify, or end the referral programme at any time, at its sole discretion, without notice and without any continuing obligation. Fees may be withheld where a referred subscription is refunded, charged back, or determined to have arisen from abusive or fraudulent activity. No entitlement to referral fees is created by the mere fact of holding a referral code.
Payment schedule. Referral fees accrue monthly for each paid subscription month of the referred account and are paid to the referrer in quarterly instalments, in arrears. Fees only accrue in months where the referred account’s subscription is active and paid in full.
No stacking with the Community Letterbox discount. Only one benefit applies per referred signup. Where the same subscription would trigger both a referral fee and a Community Letterbox referral discount for the same referrer, the Community Letterbox discount takes precedence and no additional referral fee is payable on that subscription.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ailetterbox is not liable for the content, accuracy, or consequences of any verdict, opinion, or follow-on work provided by an expert. Your professional relationship in respect of that content is with the expert directly.
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of your use of ailetterbox is limited to the greater of (a) fees paid by you to ailetterbox in the twelve months preceding the claim, or (b) £100.
We may suspend or terminate any account for breach of these terms, for abusive behaviour, for legal or regulatory reasons, or where the account has been inactive on the free tier for an extended period. Where reasonable, we will notify you first.
We may update these terms from time to time. Where changes are material to paid subscribers, we will notify by email in advance. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of England & Wales.
